Refund and Cancellation Policy

We guarantee order replacement should we get your order wrong.

Next-Day Orders must be placed by 8PM EST the day before you'd like your order, and Order Cancellations must be made 24 Hours in advance.  We are happy to move your order to a different day if your schedule changes.  Please be reachable by the Shipping Phone Number by call or email during your requested delivery email.  We will leave food in a cooler with ice as long as it is large enough to fit your entire order, and will not be left unattended once you've confirmed. 

If you're not reachable at your requested delivery time, orders will be returned to our shop.  Please email jenn@sidewalksages.com to make rearrangements.

Monthly Meal Plan and Subscription Cancellation Policy

Weekly Monthly Meal Plan orders must be placed by 7PM the night prior to receiving your order.  If you place your weekly Order, and cancel the delivery with less than 24 hours notice, you must cover the cost of the food you requested.  You may cancel your Monthly Meal Plan at any time.  The orders you have already received will be itemized, and you will be refunded the balance after the full price amount of the meals received have been paid for as if you placed a regular purchase for those individual items. 

You may also cancel your Auto-Billed Monthly Meal Plan Subscription at any time.  You must cancel your Auto-Billing 24 hours prior to the automatic charge.  You may do so by emailing jenn@sidewalksages.com, or calling/texting us at (540)-682-6462.  If you've placed your weekly Order and choose to cancel before receiving the already placed order, you will also not be refunded the itemized amount of that Order if it is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.  

 

All Meal Plan Cancellations must be made 24 Hours in advance.  We are happy to move your order to a different day if your schedule changes, but please let us know as soon as possible.  We understand emergencies happen, and do our best to accommodate any schedule change, location change, or issues with the food you may have.
